Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy of VoterIQ

At VoterIQ, we are fully committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and responsible online environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. Our platform strictly prohibits any content, behaviour, or activity that involves child sexual abuse, grooming, or any other form of exploitation. Any violations will be met with immediate and severe action, including reporting to law enforcement.

Users on VoterIQ are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following activities:

1.1 Creation, Sharing, or Possession of CSAM

1. Uploading, sharing, distributing, or transmitting any material that depicts or suggests sexual exploitation of minors.
2. Attempting to create, request, or solicit CSAM in any form, including images, videos, texts, or any other media.
3. Storing, saving, or possessing CSAM on our platform.

1.2 Grooming and Predatory Behaviour

1. Attempting to befriend or build relationships with minors for exploitative purposes.
2. Engaging in manipulative conversations intended to coerce or pressure minors into inappropriate activities.
3. Encouraging or assisting minors in creating or distributing inappropriate content.

1.3 Exploitative or Inappropriate Interactions with Minors

1. Sending explicit messages, images, or videos to minors.
2. Requesting or attempting to obtain any form of explicit content from minors.
3. Harassing or intimidating minors in any form, including via text, voice, or video.

1.4 Distribution of Inappropriate Content Involving Minors

1. Sharing, linking, or directing users to external platforms where CSAM is available.
2. Discussing or promoting forums or communities that facilitate child exploitation.
3. Creating, sharing, or engaging with any content that normalizes or trivializes child sexual abuse.

Since VoterIQ does not use automated moderation, we rely on our community to report any inappropriate activity. We take all reports seriously and act swiftly to address them.

2.1 How to Report Violations

Users can report any content or behaviour violating our CSAM policy through:

1. The in-app reporting system.
2. Blocking and reporting suspicious users directly within the app.
3. Contacting our safety team via contact@voteriq.in

All reports are confidential and will be thoroughly investigated. False reports intended to harass other users will also be addressed appropriately.

2.2 Actions Taken Against Violators

Upon verifying a violation, VoterIQ will take the following actions:

1. Immediate Removal: Any reported CSAM or related content will be removed immediately upon confirmation.
2. Account Suspension or Ban: Users found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate suspension or permanent banning from the platform.
3. Legal Escalation: All confirmed cases of CSAM will be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional authorities.

VoterIQ fully complies with child safety regulations, including:

1. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) – Protecting children’s privacy online.
2. EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) – Special provisions for protecting children’s data.
3. UK Online Safety Act – Ensuring online safety standards for minors.
4. Local and International Child Protection Laws applicable to our users.

We continually update our policies to align with global best practices in child safety.
